Struggling balance your budget or with unemployment? Need some help learning new life skills?
CAP Job Club is a free nine week course that runs on Wednesday mornings between 10am and 12 noon. The course runs 3 or 4 times each year so always check the dates to ensure it is on at the time you would like to join.
The course includes: Getting to know you, identifying your strengths and weaknesses, preparing cvs and covering letters, interview practice and much more. We also have a cuppa and a laugh!
At the end of the course we hold a celebration event to reward you for all your hard work. So if you are looking for work, need to update your cv, need interview practice or unsure about your next steps try Job Club. It will give you a new perspective on job hunting.
Life Skills is a free eight-week course that runs 3 or 4 times a year. It will equip you with tools such as how to eat well on a budget, how to shop wisely and how to make your money go further.
You will meet with a group of like-minded people, learn practical skills from our trained coaches, and can benefit from one-to-one coaching. This is followed by a time to eat and get to know each other.
This is a free course and, like the Job Club, this also ends with a celebration event!
The CAP Money Coaching Course is a free course that will teach you budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that works. In just a few weeks, you will get to grips with your finances so you can budget, save and prevent debt.
Whether you feel pretty organised or whether it’s like a lucky dip every time you try to withdraw cash from your account, the CAP Money Coaching Course will help you take complete control of your finances.
