Zeo Kids

Zeo Kids is for all children aged 4-11. We believe that kids should have a blast at church every time – and at Zeo Kids we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety.

Because of that we have a detailed registration process for our Zeo Kids programme the first time that you visit. You’ll want to arrive at the Zeo Centre at 10:15am to get signed in for the Zeo Kids experience.

Babies & Tots

If you’re coming with a baby, feel free to make use of our baby zone on the balcony of the main hall – there’s a safe space for you and your baby along with other parents.

Zeo Tots are welcome to join our Zeo Kids at the Zeo Centre from 2 and half years old (this would be with the Champions group). We realise this is based at a site over the road from the Town Hall at the moment, so you’d be welcome to stay with your children during the sessions – it would be a great time to get to know our team! We’re happy for you to use the Town Hall balcony zone or Zeo Kids at the Zeo Centre, whichever option works best for your family.

Zeo Youth

Zeo Youth runs for young people in school years 7-10.

We’re in the main service for some worship, then we head out when given the cue from the front. Meet us at the back of the main hall and we’ll go from there.

Our Sunday morning in-person gathering. Expect the usual mix of inspiring worship, great teaching and connection with the Zeo family.

Every first and third Sunday of each month.

10:45am at Hitchin Town Hall.

Doors will open at 10:15am.

For Zeo Kids dates and times, please see below.

Currently the Zeo Centre entrance to the multi-storey car park is blocked off.
When driving in, we advise people to use the Lairage Multi-Storey Car Park (Waitrose entrance) and walk to the Town Hall from there.
From Lairage Multi-Storey Car Park you can walk to the Town Hall and/or Zeo Centre by exiting on Paynes Park and turning left.

Get directions to Lairage Multi-Storey Car Park on google maps.

If you’re coming with a baby, feel free to make use of our baby zone on the balcony of the main hall – there’s a safe space for you and your baby along with other parents. (If using this space, you will need to stay with your child.)

You can reach the balcony by either staircase or lift – our Host Team would love to direct you.

Zeo Kids for ages 4-11 will be running at the Zeo Centre. Parents will need to drop their kids at the Zeo Centre before joining the Town Hall.

There is a registration process for parents who are new to Zeo, so please allow extra time for that.

Zeo Kids Drop-off: 10:15am-10:30am.
Zeo Kids Pick-up: 12pm (As soon as the service ends, roughly 12pm, we will ask parents to immediately pick up their kids).

Zeo Youth for age 11-16 (school years 7-11) will be running at the Town Hall.

Zeo Youth will join the adult worship at the Town Hall, and then gather together to move to their group during the main message.

The following measures are currently in place and will be reviewed from time to time.

In the spirit of preferring others, we request everybody to wear a mask if you can, especially when arriving, mingling and singing – it’s ok to take masks off for the preach moment for a breather. We’ll have disposable masks available for anyone who needs one. Those leading the service from the stage won’t be wearing masks, to allow them to lead effectively.
We are aiming to keep the rear and side doors open.
Seats will be spaced further apart than usual. We recognise family groups may wish to pull their seats together and that’s ok, plus we’ll try to provide a few seats which are even more spaced for those who would appreciate that. It would be helpful to leave spaces between seats unless you’ve specifically agreed in advance to sit with someone.
Hand sanitiser stations will be available.
We’ll have some fun “you can hug me” or “just wave” stickers available that you can wear if you would like to indicate how you would prefer to interact with others.
Please use the Town Hall Track & Trace, which is in the entrance foyer. If you don’t have the app then there will be a table when you enter the main hall and you will need to complete one of the Town Hall attendance slips. Thank you.

Thanks for asking! We encourage you to give through

You’ll also be able to leave your offering in buckets at the back of the hall at the end of the service, overseen by the Host Team.

There is currently no communion as part of our gatherings – we’ll continue to review this ongoing.

Prayer ministry will be led from the stage to people in their seats.

We’d love to pray with you. If you’d like 1-1 prayer, please get in touch and we’d love to pray with you over the phone.

There will be no coffee served over this period, sorry! Of course you’re free to visit any of the great coffee shops surrounding our venue. We will be reviewing this ongoing.
