Life Skills Course

CAP Life Skills is a free, friendly eight-week course that runs several times a year. It’s all about helping you build confidence with everyday life – from eating well on a budget, to smart shopping, planning ahead, and making your money stretch further.

You’ll be part of a small, welcoming group, learning practical, hands-on skills with support from trained coaches. There’s also the option of one-to-one help if you’d find that useful.

Each session ends with a shared meal – a relaxed space to chat, connect, and build new friendships.

We finish with a celebration to recognise your progress and achievements.

If you’re looking to get on top of household costs, want to feel more confident with day-to-day life, or would simply enjoy learning in a supportive group, Life Skills could be a great fit.
